Job Overview

Collaborate with the Viewing Room Manager to meet and exceed sales goals, foster a positive company culture through team building and mentorship, maintain an organized and multitasking-oriented approach to daily responsibilities, build strong rapport with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience, assist with management tasks, leverage computer skills to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury products
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Dynamic, articulate, and approachable personality with strong communication abilities
  • Passion for high-quality products and exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership qualities
