The ABA Clinical Director will provide both clinical and operational leadership for the site's ABA program, ensuring high standards of practice and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop ABA Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors.
  • Mentor clinicians and support staff development, managing performance effectively.
  • Drive program growth by monitoring KPIs, capacity, and referrals.
  • Maintain quality assurance through clinical oversight and field supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Unrestricted BCBA license in good standing.
  • 5+ years of ABA experience with children.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and staff development ability.
  • Experience supervising BCBAs and BTs with strong clinical supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • On-site presence is required.
