A Partnerships Manager (YouTube) to provide personalised attention to Ambassadors and support its expanding Partnerships team as it scales up the program. Affiliate and content creator partnerships have proven successful for SafetyWing since the launch of the Nomad Insurance product. The influencer program, created in-house, accounts for more than 35% of sales.

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying potential YouTube creators, reaching out to them through genuine messaging, signing up ambassadors through 1:1 calls and pitch presentations, crafting creative briefs for sponsored campaigns and monitoring the results from both outreach efforts and ambassador successes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/partnerships, hands-on experience with YouTube content creators, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. SafetyWing is looking for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit with excellent problem-solving skills, are intellectually curious, and open to new ideas.
