We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for User Operations roles. This position involves partnering with User Operations leaders to develop hiring strategies and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience through inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for User Operations positions.
  • Collaborate with User Operations leaders on effective hiring strategies.
  • Own the top-of-funnel talent strategy, sourcing, and engaging candidates.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles.
  • Work with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance with policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house at high-growth firms.
  • Proven experience in hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, or Fraud & Risk roles.
  • Strong ability to build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
