As the Senior Staff Total Rewards Partner at Ridgeline, you will own and evolve the total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits. This role is essential for shaping and scaling our compensation philosophy while ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Ridgeline’s total rewards strategy.
  • Shape and scale compensation philosophy, benchmarking, leveling, and job architecture.
  • Lead compensation planning and provide guidance on offers and retention.
  • Design and refine incentive compensation plans across go-to-market roles.
  • Define and evolve equity strategy, including IPO readiness roadmap.
  • Establish governance to ensure consistency and strong decision-making.
  • Manage benefits strategy through periods of systems and operating model change.
  • Support global expansion and international total rewards strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Deep experience in total rewards within high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong expertise in compensation strategy, equity design, and incentive plans.
  • Experience scaling compensation and equity programs in late-stage private or pre-IPO environments.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic individual contributor with ownership.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, and Talent.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Radford, Pave, and Workday.
  • Exposure to IPO readiness or public company compensation practices.
  • Experience with educational and wellness reimbursements.
