Student Aide Paraprofessional

As a 1:1 Individual Student Aide Paraprofessional, you will work closely with assigned students under the supervision of licensed staff, ensuring their educational needs are met according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). You will play a vital role in maintaining a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the assigned student per IEP under licensed staff supervision.
• Prepare and adapt classroom materials; maintain rooms and supplies.
• Inform clinical staff of students' social, emotional, or behavioral concerns.
• Implement and maintain behavior program policies and data.
• Coordinate with administration and staff to ensure consistent program application.
• Fill in as needed throughout the program.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Paraprofessional certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress.
• Flexibility to adapt to routine changes.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students.
