Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scalable multi-tenant control plane for AI storage.
  • Develop exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and distributed filesystems.
  • Optimize storage performance using RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, and RoCE.
  • Enhance reliability, durability, and observability of the storage stack.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize storage solutions using telemetry and metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive storage solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production.
  • Proficient in storage protocols (S3/NFS) and file systems like Ceph/DAOS.
  • Strong programming skills in Go, C++, or Rust.
  • Familiarity with storage observability tools and telemetry (Prometheus, Grafana).
