Responsibilities

Help the Segment and Business Units develop strategies that drive above-market organic and inorganic growth
Collaborate within segment strategy and with global business unit teams to solve complex business problems
Analyze industry structure, competitive dynamics, and market attractiveness to generate impact driven insights at global and regional levels
Track execution of the long-term strategy through a select set of strategy-to-execution KPIs, synthesize implications to the strategic plan, and recommend potential course corrections

Requirements & Qualifications

Problem Solving, Analytics, Work Structure and Management, and Communications
Ability to structure and solve complex problems using a hypothesis-driven approach
Ability to structure work, manage strategy projects, and provide thought leadership
Excellent with MS-Excel and MS-PPT
Experience interfacing with executives and C-suite through effective communication of ideas and plans
