Speech Language Pathologist

Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist, where you will provide dynamic and play-based speech and language therapy that integrates sensory, motor, and cognitive elements. You will develop individualized treatment plans using a holistic, transdisciplinary approach, while educating and empowering families to apply strategies beyond sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a holistic approach.
• Educate and empower families on therapy strategies.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, fostering leadership and growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations.
• Participate in Clinical Ladder program.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in practicing state(s).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply).
• Passion for collaborative care with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship.
