Job Overview

Outliant is seeking a proactive SEO Admin & Business Support to join our fully-remote team. As a key player in our SEO department, you will be responsible for managing operational tasks, client inquiries, and platform updates to support our SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Track and prioritize incoming SEO tickets in ClickUp.
  • Handle client emails and inquiries professionally.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles updates and respond to reviews.
  • Ensure accuracy of business listings on Apple Maps.
  • Communicate effectively with the SEO team and maintain directory listings.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in digital marketing or SEO.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and SEO platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
