As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for Software Engineering roles, collaborating directly with hiring managers and leadership to source and engage top talent using creative, data-driven strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for software engineering roles.
  • Strong experience using data to drive recruiting decisions.
  • Proven success in hiring for high-growth or product-led tech companies.
  • Strong partnership skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, compensation structures, and candidate assessment best practices.
