We are seeking a Senior Suspension System Engineer to lead the design and controls of a full active suspension system. This role involves authoring system specifications, requirements, and interface control documents, as well as developing integration and validation plans for ride quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and controls for a full active suspension system.
  • Author system specs, requirements, and interface control documents.
  • Develop design, integration, and validation plans for ride quality and safety.
  • Plan and execute vehicle-level integration including HIL testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution via data/log reviews and hardware investigations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in vehicle dynamics, structural mechanics, and control.
  • Experience with suspension modeling and simulation tools (ADAMS, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Model-based design for automotive systems.
  • Proficiency in IBM DOORS or Siemens Polarion for requirements.
  • Knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet automotive networks.
  • Familiarity with UDS diagnostics and ISO 26262 functional safety knowledge.
