We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Power Systems Engineer to lead the architecture of aircraft power systems. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to mass production, ensuring optimal power delivery across hardware, firmware, and software components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture design for aircraft power systems.
  • Own the complete lifecycle from concept development to mass production.
  • Optimize power delivery across hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Define system-level power architectures and communication protocols including CAN, Ethernet, and I2C.
  • Develop verification strategies and guide high-power debugging processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with mechanical, embedded software, and GNC teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in power electronics in high-volume production.
  • Expertise in motor inverters and DC/DC converters.
  • Deep experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS), energy storage, and battery packs.
  • Proficiency with CAN, Ethernet, and I2C communication protocols.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated principal-level leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership experience.
