We are seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Social User Acquisition to oversee a substantial annual media budget and resource allocation. This role involves managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and X, while implementing tracking and measurement strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of paid media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a 9-figure annual media budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Own and manage paid social campaigns across various platforms.
  • Implement tracking and measurement to assess paid media effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present reports to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through testing, audience expansion, and channel diversification.
  • Collaborate with teams in Creative, Analytics, CRM, Product, and Engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing performance campaigns at scale.
  • Strong execution skills with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing an annual performance budget exceeding 8-figures.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and performance reporting tools like Tableau and AppsFlyer.
  • Deep experience with social creative, including testing and platform-specific ad types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
