The Senior Manager, Brand Media, Influencers and Partnerships will lead the demand creation paid media strategy and execution. This role focuses on developing paid media programs to enhance brand awareness and consideration while collaborating closely with creative teams for optimal channel and message fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead demand creation paid media strategy and execution.
  • Develop paid media programs to grow awareness and consideration.
  • Collaborate with creative for channel/message fit.
  • Lead media agency collaboration and ensure accountability.
  • Drive influencer marketing strategy and execution.
  • Build and manage brand partnerships and deals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of brand paid media experience (digital, social, TV/CTV, OOH).
  • Creative media track record beyond standard buys.
  • Proven ability to manage 8-figure paid media budgets.
  • Experience procuring and managing influencer deals.
  • Strong collaboration with brands to deliver shared goals.
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement (MMM, attribution, brand tracking).
