The Senior GNC Engineer will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to perform analyses on the Attitude Determination and Control System (ADCS) subsystem, optimizing satellite designs and verifying them through simulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 6DOF simulations to verify satellite design and CONOPs.
  • Define and validate ADCS hardware and software service requirements.
  • Coordinate ADCS software integration with software engineers.
  • Develop GNC/ADCS control algorithms, autonomous behaviors, and FDIR protocols.
  • Design sensor and actuator models for a high-fidelity satellite truth model.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in aerospace engineering, math, physics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in spacecraft GNC/ADC or Attitude Determination and Control.
  • Experience with GNC algorithm development and analysis.
  • Experience testing control systems for aerospace vehicles.
  • Proficiency with Matlab and Simulink for data analysis and model development.
  • Must be a US citizen.
