Tax Goddess is a well-known and highly regarded tax strategist company. They are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with at least 5+ years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate must have experience in general administration, as well as, knowledge of different sectors such as medical billing, law, and insurance. In addition, the candidate should have proficiency in current technologies such as, desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP. Good communication, time management, and organizational skills are required, as well as familiarity with software such as MS Office and Google Calendar. The VA will be responsible for coordinating with the company's local and overseas teams, assisting clients, managing spreadsheets and reports, and scheduling meetings and events when needed. Working hours will require some mandatory overlap from 8 am to 12 noon Arizona time, and the candidate must be willing to work at least 50 hours per week during tax season if required.
