We don\xe2\x80\x99t track hours, but we manage for outcomes in an a-synchronous culture.\nTwice a year, we bring the whole company together for incredible company retreats in beautiful places around the world!\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a senior data analyst with a focus on stakeholder communication to join our Data and Analytics team as we aim to make Circle the top choice for creator/brand-led communities.\nThis role will focus on supporting the strategic direction of the go-to-market leaders with clear data to support decision-making, while also being hands-on. In a hands-on capacity, it will focus mostly on understanding the underlying questions and business needs of incoming requests and ensuring we are utilizing the correct framework and methodology. With this understanding, you will execute and deliver a well-vetted data set to present a concise analysis to stakeholders\nWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing\n\nEngage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.\nPresent complex analytical findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner to senior and non-technical management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive data-driven decision-making.\nConduct comprehensive data analysis using various methods and frameworks to extract meaningful insights.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain robust analytical models to support business objectives.\nCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).\nUtilize DBT to manage and transform data within the data warehouse.\nDevelop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.\nStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, analytics tools, and technologies.\nPropose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.\nMentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.\n\nWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be successful\n\nStrong alignment with our values. Find our values on our career page if you haven\xe2\x80\x99t read up on them yet.\nYou are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5.\n5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a focus on engaging with senior stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with using dbt for data transformation and management.\nStrong proficiency with SQL and other data manipulation languages.\nProficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting. You don\xe2\x80\x99t need to be a data science expert \xe2\x80\x93 just comfortable writing python code and comprehending code written by others\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThe cash compensation range shown is a starting point.
