Scientist I, CSI Strategy

We are seeking a dedicated Scientist I to support the development of injectable cellular medicines and optimize CSI stability. This role involves formulation development and characterization of formulations, planning, designing, executing, and analyzing data for formulation studies.

• Support development of injectable cellular medicines.
• Optimize CSI stability.
• Contribute to formulation development and characterization.
• Plan, design, execute, and analyze formulation studies.

• Lead technical projects and communicate results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BS in science/engineering with 10+ years of experience; or MS with 9+ years; or PhD with 0-2 years.
• Experience with formulation development and physical/chemical characterization.
• Broad knowledge of in vitro molecular and cell-based assays.
• Aseptic techniques in cell culture required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools (GraphPad/Minitab).
• Self-motivated with productive bench work.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
