Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8-10 years in sales enablement or go-to-market roles with global impact.
  • 5-8 years of supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT.
  • Global go-to-market strategy and enablement execution experience.
  • Data-driven with ability to define metrics and reporting.
  • Familiar with CRM and enablement platforms; AI capabilities.
  • Certifications in MEDDIC or Challenger are assets.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
