As a Solutions Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for inbound, product-led accounts with fewer than 250 employees. You will engage with data engineers and platform teams to effectively map use cases to ClickHouse, while also serving as a technical advisor for troubleshooting schema design, ingestion, and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for small businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with data engineers/platform teams to align use cases with ClickHouse.
  • Provide technical guidance on schema design, ingestion, and integration issues.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the self-serve customer base.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to navigate complex evaluations while advocating for customer needs.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and document technical context and stakeholders in Salesforce.
  • Drive urgency in addressing technical blockers to ensure smooth project progression.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical foundation in data, solutions, or software engineering.
  • Experience with modern data stack including columnar databases and streaming technologies.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse or similar database technologies.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in pre-sales, TAM, solutions engineering, or customer success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying clear messages to technical audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, driving urgency and removing technical blockers.
