RFIC Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented RFIC Engineer to design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with system architects and DSP/ASIC teams to develop high-performance RFIC subsystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
• Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits.
• Develop analog/mixed-signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe, GaAs, GaN, or CMOS.
• Collaborate with system architects and DSP/ASIC teams for HW/SW partitioning.
• Perform IC floor planning and layout.
• Own packaging prototypes and release to production; model parasitics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 1+ years of RF IC experience; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Experience with Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum.
• Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs).
