We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and assist with customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage both internal processes and customer interactions. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Colombia, Brazil, Lebanon, or Argentina. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Oversee and optimize daily workflows to enhance efficiency. - Customer Success Support: Assist with Customer Success Management (CSM) tasks to ensure client satisfaction and engagement. - Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational best practices. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery. - Customer Communication: Handle customer interactions professionally and effectively. - Performance Tracking: Monitor key operational metrics and optimize business processes. Requirements: 1. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). 2. Proven experience in operations management, customer success, or a related role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to manage customer-facing interactions with professionalism. 5. Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization. 6.
