Remote Loan Officer Position

Join our team as a Remote Loan Officer, where you will play a critical role in guiding borrowers through the loan application process. This position requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a minimum of 25 funded loans.
• Collaborate with Sr. Loan Officers, Account Executives, and Sales Assistants to support borrowers from application to funding.
• Advise on loan products, terms, and pricing while gathering all necessary information.
• Maintain an organized loan application pipeline ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Ensure current NMLS and State Licensing, including completing continuing education requirements.
• Foster a people-first culture by delivering best-in-class customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, particularly in purchase loans.
• Active NMLS license.
• Familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; experience with jumbo non-conforming loans is a plus.
• Proficiency with Encompass, Meridian Link, Optimal Blue, and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in a 100% remote environment, collaborating with a national team.
