The Remote Assist Specialist will monitor the status of our fleet and stay updated on advancements in autonomy technology. This role involves emulating testing using various applications and safely sending remote commands to autonomous vehicles for testing purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor fleet status and learn updates to autonomy technology.
  • Emulate testing using Aurora App, Terminal App, and Inspector App.
  • Safely send remote commands to autonomous vehicles for testing.
  • Respond to trigger requests with technical logic.
  • Log real-time feedback on autonomy and performance.
  • Triage remote assist workflows for metrics and compliance.
  • Monitor proprietary tooling on a laptop.
  • Identify telemetry anomalies and prioritize best-path decisions under pressure.
  • Thrive in evolving plans with real-time data.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proficient in G-Suite.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license (5+ years) and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, in-office at least 3 days per week.
  • Strong collaborative and supportive team culture skills.
