QA Lead Role

As a QA Lead, you will define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will establish, optimize, and enforce QA standards and practices while leading a team of QA professionals to foster a culture of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy in alignment with project goals.
• Establish, optimize, and enforce QA standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, promoting a strong quality culture.
• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects, including functional and regression testing.
• Perform risk and impact analysis to adjust testing scope as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in managing and mentoring QA teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and testing streams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk-based testing.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
