Job Overview

We are looking for a Principal Engineer with expertise in Node.js to join our dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture at Nagarro. As a part of our team, you will architect, design, and develop scalable microservices-based applications using Node.js, JavaScript, Express.js, and PostgreSQL. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring software quality and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery of technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Writing and reviewing high-quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly
• Envisioning overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements and activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Node.js, JavaScript, Express.js, and PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge of system architecture and API design
• Hands-on experience in AWS Lambda and Azure Kubernetes Service
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
