We are seeking a dedicated Pelvic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting clear expectations for patients' clinical progress, executing treatments as promised, and documenting patient progress effectively.

• Provide Home Exercise Programs to patients.
• Deliver high-quality care with 5-star customer service.
• Foster a collaborative, community-oriented team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• License to practice Physical Therapy in New York.
• Completion of Herman and Wallace Level I or equivalent.
• Participation in Mentorship Programs and Future Leaders Program (SFLP).
• Alignment with SPEAR-IT values: Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability.
