Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our pediatric outpatient team. This role involves conducting patient intakes, screenings, and assessments, while also triaging referrals for acute needs and coordinating care with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will practice within the State Board of Nursing scope, document clinically in the EMR, and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intakes, screenings, and assessments.
• Triage referrals for acute needs and coordinate care with the team.
• Document clinically in the EMR while connecting with patients.
• Facilitate referrals for developmental/behavioral therapies and medical services.
• Welcome families via telehealth and explain the care model and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active NP license with cross-state licensure as needed.
• Minimum 12 months pediatric outpatient NP experience.
• Proficient in ADIR/ADOS diagnostic evaluation.
• Telemedicine skills and EMR documentation experience.
• Experience with behavioral neurology/NDM and pediatric behavior disorders including autism.
