The Marketplace Training Specialist position at Clipboard Health is a full-time remote position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service representative or tech support trainer. The role involves becoming a subject matter expert on internal processes and procedures to craft training content that will elevate the customer experience, as well as teach those skills to newly hired employees. The successful candidate will also make suggestions to improve workflows, ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met, and coordinate, develop, design and maintain team and individual training materials. The role also involves monitoring new hire progress, providing feedback to managers and individual employees, and supporting live training classes regularly. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing effective training content, providing clear and concise feedback, and interpreting data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. They should also possess impeccable professional written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be adaptable and flexible to adjust to changes in processes, procedures, and priorities. The position requires a minimum internet connection of 15Mbps, i5 processor or equivalent, and 12GB Ram.
