Job Overview

Exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead technical support and ensure supplier success in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Primary contact for technical support to ensure supplier success
  • Ensure manufacturability and quality system alignment in product development
  • Collaborate with suppliers and Echo team to implement specifications
  • Develop documentation mapping designs to supplier processes
  • Participate in risk management (Process FMEAs, Validation, failure analysis)
Requirements & Qualifications
  • B.S. in relevant engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years medical device manufacturing experience
  • Experience with active implantable systems
  • Experience with molding, laser welding, clean room, packaging, labeling, sterilization
  • Experience with PCB fabrication, PCA assembly, microelectronics, ICT and functional test
  • SolidWorks and LabVIEW for process and test automation
