Join BAYADA Skilled Nursing in Mercer County, NJ, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing 1:1 home care for pediatric and adult clients with advanced care needs, including trach and vent support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized trach and vent care to clients of all ages.
  • Engage in paid training and shadowing to enhance nursing skills.
  • Work closely with a supportive clinical team available 24/7.
  • Deliver preventive care and ensure the well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current NJ nursing license in good standing.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and adult trach/vent care.
  • Comfortable providing in-home care for various age groups.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
