Job Overview

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing IT support queue, administering user accounts and access, onboarding/offboarding employees, providing local IT support, building workflow automations, and maintaining IT documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage IT support queue in Jira Service Management
  • Administer user accounts and access across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
  • Onboard and offboard employees with security and user experience focus
  • Provide local IT support for office staff, including in-person troubleshooting
  • Build workflow automations in JSM, Okta Workflows, and iPaaS to reduce manual work
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in Okta administration
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace administration
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or related tools
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom administration
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
