We are seeking a skilled IT Support/Operations Engineer to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, managing user lifecycles, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escalate and resolve day-to-day hardware/software issues on Mac and Windows.
  • Manage user lifecycle: provisioning, deprovisioning, and access across systems.
  • Own IT onboarding: laptop setup and account configuration.
  • Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure for reliability.
  • Build and maintain a self-serve knowledge base.
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and vendor relations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of IT support and administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Kandji MDM, Okta IdM/SSO, and video conferencing tools.
  • Experience with macOS administration at scale and Windows environment knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools to streamline IT processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused support skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
