We are looking for a Software Engineer to lead key engineering and product decisions for the Speechify iOS app. In this role, you will ship production code and work within a dedicated product team, actively participating in discussions to shape the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key engineering and product decisions.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work collaboratively within a dedicated product team.
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Swift programming language.
  • Experience with SwiftUI.
  • Knowledge of multithreading programming.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that supports risk and intuition.
  • Strong collaborative skills in an asynchronous work culture.
  • Passion for making an impact in AI and audio.
