Job Description

Basso SA, a leading manufacturer of motor valves for Ferrari and other high-performance automotive brands, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop an internal solution that enables operators to track the production line and raise alerts in case of any issues. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the requirements and scope of the solution, develop a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables, and conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation. They will also work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of solutions, establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal solution, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, proven experience as a Product Manager (preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry setting), strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience working with data analysis tools and techniques. The position offers $50 USD per hour and is a full-time role.
