We are a fast-growing startup focused on enhancing supply chain transparency and risk management with advanced deep learning algorithms. We're looking for a talented and reliable UX/UI designer with a strong commercial understanding to help complete the development of our large-scale web application, Intellens. As our new designer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring the design aligns with business objectives. Your work will directly impact the user experience for key stakeholders in the supply chain industry. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with our backend team to understand user needs and create seamless, user-friendly designs. * Design high-quality interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. * Develop design systems, wireframes, and prototypes. * Integrate business logic and commercial objectives into the UI design to enhance usability. * Work on complex data visualizations and dashboards, ensuring they’re both functional and aesthetically pleasing. * Implement user-centered design principles to ensure the platform is intuitive and easy to use. Requirements: * Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably for web applications in a commercial or B2B setting. * Strong understanding of business processes, especially in the context of risk management or supply chain management. * Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). * Solid understanding of design principles, including responsive design, typography, and color theory. * Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and creating design systems. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage feedback. Nice-to-Have Skills: * Basic knowledge of React.js (not a must, but a plus). * Experience designing for data-heavy platforms or dashboards. * Familiarity with web application frameworks and understanding of backend workflows. About Intellens: * Intellens is a platform designed to provide companies with real-time risk analysis of their suppliers and supply chain partners. Our tool actively monitors suppliers for potential risks related to geopolitical events, financial stability, and social responsibility. We're a dedicated team looking for the right talent to bring our web application to life.
