The marketplace aims to assist consumers in navigating their health insurance options and accessing necessary coverage with potential financial help to lower monthly premiums.Health Insurance • Healthcare • Health Insurance Plans• Connect for Health Colorado is a public, non-profit entity created to establish a health insurance Marketplace • The Senior Director of Marketing and Communications will direct and execute the comprehensive marketing and communications strategy • Responsibilities include leading the marketing team, overseeing brand assets, and ensuring consistent messaging • Direct implementation of marketing plans across internal and external audiences • Collaborate with management to ensure accountability and efficiency of the MarCom function • Responsible for the development of communications, including crisis communications and internal strategies • Mentor the MarCom team and manage personnel actions• Colorado resident • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or a related field; advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience • Significant time in a leadership role with direct team management in a corporate enterprise, government institution or non-profit entity • Strong executive presence and experience engaging with C-level leaders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong EQ and personal leadership skills • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communications initiatives • Strong understanding of product marketing and business/customer growth strategies • Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape • Strong analytical skills to measure effectiveness and ROI • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software• Competitive benefits package • Various offerings to tailor a package to individual needs • Eligibility to participate in a 403(b) plan • Paid time off • Short- and long-term disability • Life insurance
