Job Description

This job requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end web development. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and React.js, as well as extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, Redux, Mobx, and front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm, and yarn. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, browser developer tools, debugging techniques, responsive web design, mobile-first development, version control systems like Git, and automated testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme is also desired. The responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and designers, architecting and implementing efficient front-end components, optimizing web applications for speed and scalability, troubleshooting and resolving performance issues, staying up-to-date with industry trends, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and continuously improving front-end development processes. Business knowledge, specifically with P & L and income statements, is a bonus.
