Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and mentees. The ideal candidate will be highly communicative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed in their financial journey. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with product information, account issues, and service inquiries. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed. Maintain a deep understanding of Bella Sloan Enterprises' programs, courses, and services. Guide customers through the enrollment process other programs. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. Assist with payment processing, refunds, and billing inquiries in accordance with company policies. Support clients in navigating online resources, webinars, and educational materials. Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Uphold the company’s mission and values by delivering high-quality customer service. Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience (preferably in financial services, education, or business consulting). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is a plus. Basic knowledge of credit, financial literacy, or business funding is a plus.
