We value the eagerness to learn, thoughtfulness, passion, kindness, and an analytical mind to use data to solve problems.Your RoleResponsibilities (i.e. day-to-day): You will be designing website improvements that will be A/B tested and implemented across our multiple eCommerce brands.Your primary responsibilities include:- Translate business objectives and creative briefs into design solutions.- Lead and manage the process for your designs.- Quickly iterate and offer versions of designs based off feedback.- Productionize existing designs for hand-off to developers.Secondary responsibilities include:- Establish and maintain style guides and content libraries.- Conducting UX audits on our portfolio websites to identify opportunities to improve.- Perform QA on designs after the initial development phase, communicate bugs, and sign-off that design and functionality are as intended.You will be collaborating with our Sr. UX/UI Designer.SkillsRequired Skills2+ years of full-time experience working as a UX/UI designer for a web or mobile propertyProficient with FigmaProficient with design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other similar toolsAbility to work quickly and independently, with a strong attention to detailAbility to think critically to create hypothesis driven design solutions based on real business problemsStrong organization and communication skillsPortfolio with demonstrated workAbility to work irregular hours (e.g. 10 hours one week, 8 the next, 15 the next, etc.)Preferred SkillsExperience designing in an A/B testing process using tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Monetate or other similar toolsStrong design aestheticFamiliarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics)Ability to identify key stakeholdersFluency in digital KPIsJira or similar project management systemeCommerce, agency or freelance experience
