As the Senior Director of Product Compliance at Flex, you will lead the Product Compliance function and strategy, ensuring that compliance is integrated early in the product lifecycle. This role involves scaling AI-enabled workflows and modernizing the compliance operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Product Compliance function and strategy.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Banking teams.
  • Implement AI-driven reviews and agent-based workflows.
  • Embed compliance into the product lifecycle.
  • Modernize compliance operating models with tech-enabled solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in compliance advisory, product compliance, or regulatory risk in fintech.
  • Experience leading product compliance or regulatory advisory teams.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations for lending and payments.
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering teams during development.
  • Proven track record in building or scaling tech-enabled compliance programs.
  • Experience with AI and compliance modernization initiatives.
