Health-E Commerce is looking for a Director, CRM & Loyalty to join their digital marketing team. The role involves leading the development and execution of strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers through various channels. Responsibilities include providing leadership to the CRM team, developing innovative CRM strategies, owning CRM as a revenue channel, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, Ecommerce experience, technical expertise in ESP’s and CDP’s, and a track record of driving revenue growth through personalized CRM programs. The compensation package includes a salary of $140,000 - $160,000, discretionary annual bonus, and various benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401K, and flexible PTO. The position is 100% remote within the United States with EST hours.
