This role requires a Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team of Legal’s Governance Team and assist in keeping up with the demands of a growing global HR/tech company. The specialist will primarily handle tasks related to corporate governance and work synchronously and asynchronously with team members worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with corporate entity creation and management tasks
  • Maintain corporate governance-related databases and information
  • Coordinate filings and documentation related to company secretarial services
  • Perform administrative tasks like scheduling and meeting management
  • Coordinate contract and document signatures
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in risk, compliance, or governance role
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates problem-solving enthusiasm
