We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our mission-driven healthtech/SaaS company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning customer contracting, drafting and negotiating various agreements, and counseling our go-to-market and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer contracting; draft and negotiate SaaS, MSA, BAAs, and SOWs.
  • Negotiate partner and channel agreements with guidance from the General Counsel.
  • Lead high-risk vendor contracts focusing on data, privacy, and security.
  • Improve templates and playbooks while driving their adoption across teams.
  • Counsel GTM and product teams; identify issues early and propose solutions.
  • Track regulatory developments and escalate emerging issues as necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • J.D. with an active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
  • 7–12+ years of legal experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house settings.
  • Experience negotiating SaaS and data-driven agreements; health tech and privacy experience is a plus.
  • Strong judgment with clear communication of risks.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable contracting processes.
  • Collaborative approach with high integrity and strong escalation instincts.
