Our core values are Professional Attitude, Team Oriented, Innovation & Creativity and Collegial Culture & Positive Attitude Position Overview The Copilot Adoption Adviser will play a critical role in supporting our customers' successful adoption of Copilot for M365. This role requires a strong understanding of change management best practices and deep knowledge of Copilot for M365. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of customers, providing them with the guidance and support needed to enhance their adoption process, user experience, and return on investment. Key Responsibilities • Customer Support: Manage a set of customers in your portfolio, scheduling and conducting a one-hour monthly meeting with each customer to listen to their challenges and provide ideas, suggestions, and guidance for enhancing the adoption process. • Identify Customer Opportunity: During the interaction with the customer, identify needs that the customer may need further assistance with and refer the customer to the adaQuest Customer Success team to explore new possibilities of engagement with the customer. • Training: Conduct Copilot Web end-user training for every customer receiving the Microsoft MCI Copilot Incentives. • Webinars: Conduct bi-monthly one-to-many webinars highlighting the latest updates on Copilot since the last presentation, ensuring customers are up-to-date with new features and improvements. • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about Microsoft's Copilot updates, note changes, and test applicable scenarios to present during webinars. Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience in change management and customer support. • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Copilot for M365 and its features. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and webinars. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights for improving the adoption process. • Adaptability: Quickly adapting to new updates and changes in Copilot for M365. Preferred Skills • Experience with Microsoft MCI Copilot Incentives. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in using webinars and training tools.
