Construction Helper Role

The Construction Helper will support operators in various tasks related to concrete sawing, drilling, cutting, and demolition. This role involves transporting equipment, preparing jobsites, and assisting with equipment upkeep while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operators in concrete sawing, drilling, cutting, and demolition.
• Transport equipment between yard and job sites.
• Prepare jobsites by unloading tools and staging equipment.
• Handle materials and maintain tools; assist with equipment upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and comply with OSHA rules.
• Learn tool operation and progress toward the Operator role within 1–2 years.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong physical stamina; able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good driving record with a current license.
• Strong mechanical abilities; safety-oriented.
• Self-motivated and a team player willing to learn.
• Mathematical aptitude; able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
