Clinical Product Management

The Lead Product Manager for Clinical Experience will be responsible for developing and executing the clinical data and interoperability strategy at Galileo. This role focuses on defining product requirements for clinical data infrastructure and managing the EHR integration roadmap, driving projects from specification to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the clinical data and interoperability strategy.
• Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure.
• Own the EHR integration roadmap and manage the transition from specification to production.
• Manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate and guide the use of AI in clinical product contexts.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to integrate clinician workflows into product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare tech product management, with at least 4 years focused on clinical data.
• Experience owning and shipping interoperability or clinical data strategy.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems (product or integration).
• Working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and other clinical data standards.
• Experience managing enterprise clinical tooling decisions.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
