The Technical Business Analyst Gig opportunity is a 26-week, 40-hour per week job located only in India. The successful candidate will lead the production of detailed business requirements for implementation by software and infrastructure development teams, as well as contribute to the design of portal and product interfaces to enhance customer choice and reduce the time to market for releasing new features. The Technical Business Analyst will also drive adoption of solution designs into delivery teams and collaborate with other Product Management teams to understand customer performance expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in detailing and communicating requirements to software development teams and designing and working with APIs and platform / xAAS approaches to product development. Other requirements include software development skills, knowledge of enterprise-facing connectivity products, network and cloud solutions, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent.
