Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in-home and at daycare settings. This position offers flexible daytime hours and a competitive pay rate of $90-$100 per hour. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor therapists in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques while demonstrating strong knowledge and experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor therapists in ABA techniques.
• Implement effective graphing procedures for tracking progress.
• Provide ongoing training and support to therapists.
• Ensure adherence to ABA principles and best practices.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and licensure required.
• 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction.
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques.
• Experience with graphing procedures.
• Ability to lead and instruct therapists effectively.
